六角形のウォールデコはすべて手作業でチェリーウッドから作られています。美しい自然豊かな北海道で製材・成形されたあと、東京でハンドペイントして組み立てています。

背面には壁に吊り下げるための紐がついています。

色を通して、空間や暮らしを彩ることができたら嬉しいです。

Hexagon Wall Decor is made from handcrafted Cherry. The wooden pieces are milled and shaped in Hokkaido, the Prefecture in Japan known for its beautiful wilderness,  then handpainted and assembled in Tokyo. 

 There is a cord on the back for hanging.

    Inside Story

    • Hello! I am Chocolat and I live in Tokyo, Japan.


      I have been making custom handpainted wooden jewlery for a long time in Japan.
      I think my wooden jewelry can be considered a one of long-selling product in the country.
      Previously only available in Japan, it is now finally being available internationally.

      I am obsessed with geometry, minimalism and contemporary shapes. I'm equally fond of older things – such as antique items and vintage clothing – and organic shapes in nature, like wood. But I am especially crazy about color. When I mix paints to make colors, or even just think about color, I feel my soul rejoice.

      One day, while painting the hexagon wooden pieces for my jewelry and looking at the shapes on the table, I had the idea to turn my jewelry into wall decor.

      Since the COVID-19 pandemic has forced people to spend most of their time at home, I was inspired by the thought that my pieces could bring joy to people's rooms, and lives, through color. I shared this idea with my collaborator, an artisan living in Hokkaido, and after a lot of trial and error, we created this original product.

      Our wall decor is a very precious and delicate piece of work, and is one-of-a-kind. We hope you like it.
